Fraser Gallop Estate is open daily from 11 am to 4 pm. Whether you’re dropping in for a tasting at the cellar door or booking one of our guided experiences, you’ll find us at the heart of Wilyabrup — one of Margaret River’s most celebrated wine-growing regions.
From October through to early May, join us for a guided vineyard and winery tour. In winter, we take you behind the scenes of the winemaking process with an intimate barrel room experience. Or simply arrive, taste, and let the wines speak for themselves.

An intimate exploration of Fraser Gallop Estate.
During the winter months, as rainfall softens the vineyard, our experience transitions to showcase the estate from a different perspective, one that allows for a more unhurried and immersive tasting.
Enjoy a tour of our barrel hall to gain insight into our single-vineyard philosophy and the craft behind each vintage as it unfolds in the space where our wines come to life.
You’ll explore six wines, three Chardonnays and three Cabernets, spanning current releases alongside museum vintages, thoughtfully paired with a curated cheese offering.
This winter offering is designed to be relaxed, considered, and quietly immersive.

WHO DON'T DO TOURS
If you’re looking for more than a traditional cellar door visit or winery tour, Margaret River Discovery Co offers a unique introduction to the landscapes, geology and terroir that make Margaret River one of the world’s great wine regions.
It’s an excellent choice for visitors wanting to understand why the region produces such exceptional wines.
As part of your day, you will enjoy a behind-the-scenes tour of our winery and lunch in the barrel hall paired with Fraser Gallop Estate wine.

Do I need to book in advance?
Cellar door tastings can generally be walk-in, though a reservation is appreciated during busy periods.
The Wines & Vines tour and Wines & Barrels experience must be booked at least 48 hours in advance.

What are your opening hours?
The cellar door is open daily from 11am to 4pm. We are closed on some public holidays — if you’re travelling specifically to visit, we recommend calling ahead.
Is there a tasting fee?
Yes a tasting fee applies at the cellar door and is fully redeemable on wine purchase. The fee is $20 per person.
The guided experiences (Wines & Vines, Wines & Barrels) are priced at $95 per person, or $75 for wine club members.
What's included in the Wines & Vines tour?
A 90-minute guided experience covering a solar-powered buggy tour of the vineyard, a behind-the-scenes winery visit, and an interactive tasting of the Parterre range paired with a cheese platter. One session runs daily at 10:30am, October to early May.
What is Wines & Barrels and when does it run?
Wines & Barrels is our winter experience, running May to September when the vineyard is off-season. It’s a guided winery and barrel room tour followed by a tasting of six wines — Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon, including current and museum releases. 90 minutes, same pricing as Wines & Vines
Why do the guided tours only run in certain seasons?
The Wines & Vines tour ventures into the vineyard by buggy, which requires dry ground — winter conditions make this impractical. Wines & Barrels was created for the winter months, moving the experience indoors into the winery and barrel room.
Can I bring a group?

What should I wear for the guided tours?
Comfortable, flat shoes are recommended — the vineyard terrain can be uneven. We’re outdoors for part of the Wines & Vines tour, so dress for the weather and bring a layer in cooler months.
