If your wine arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at cellardoor@frasergallopestate.com.au and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. For change-of-mind returns, please refer to our Returns policy.

Our wines are made across four tiers. The Estate and Innovation ranges are our entry point — approachable, food-friendly wines including our Rosé, Semillon Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Merlot. The Parterre range is our flagship — our most decorated wines, including our Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay. These are built with real cellar potential and have won Best in Show at Decanter twice. The Palladian range sits at the pinnacle: small quantities of Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay from the best rows on our vineyard.
Store your wines in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight and temperature fluctuations. A consistent temperature of 12–15°C is ideal. If you don’t have a wine fridge or cellar, a cool interior cupboard away from appliances works well for short-term storage.
Both the Parterre and Palladian ranges are built to cellar — typically drinking beautifully from 5–15 years after vintage, depending on the year. If you’re unsure what to cellar or when to open a specific bottle, our team at the cellar door is always happy to advise on 08 9755 7553.
