Frequently asked questions
Is there a minimum order?
No. We’re happy to help with a single gift or several hundred.
How does your pricing work?
Prices on the form are our cellar door prices. Case pricing applies from 12 bottles, corporate pricing from 48 bottles, and orders of 192 bottles or more receive our best pricing, quoted for you. The form shows your price per gift as you build your order, and your quote confirms the final price.
Can I choose the exact wines?
Choose a range and how many bottles go in each gift, and we select the wines from that range. If you’d like a particular mix, museum releases or larger formats, tell us in the form and we’ll put together a selection.
Can I order different gifts in one order?
Yes. Build your main gift in the form and list any others in the “Need more than one type of gift?” box. We’ll quote them together, and your pricing is based on the total number of bottles across the whole order.
How far ahead should I order?
We recommend at least two weeks before you need your gifts to arrive, and a little longer for printed logo cards or in the lead-up to Christmas.
What does delivery cost?
Delivery is $10 per 12 bottles to each address in Western Australia and $20 per 12 bottles elsewhere in Australia. Collection from the cellar door in Wilyabrup is free. Your quote confirms the delivery cost.
Can you send gifts to each recipient or to several offices?
Yes. Send us your recipient list and we’ll deliver each gift individually, with your message card inside. We’ll email you a spreadsheet to fill in once you enquire. For several offices, list each office’s postcode and how many gifts are going there, and we’ll confirm delivery to each in your quote.
How do you personalise the gifts?
Every gift-boxed order includes a card with your message, handwritten by our team. For larger orders we can print cards with your logo. Any other requests, such as a different message for each recipient, can go in the form.
How do gift vouchers work?
Choose $50, $100, $200 or a custom amount, sent by email or as a printed card in a Fraser Gallop sleeve. Vouchers can be used on wine, tastings and experiences, online or at the cellar door, and are valid for three years.
Can I pay on one invoice?
Yes. However many gifts or addresses, your order comes on a single invoice once you’ve approved your quote.
Can you send gifts overseas?
Our corporate gifting delivers within Australia. For recipients overseas, gift vouchers are the simplest option.
