Although Malbec has always been blended to our Parterre Cabernet Sauvignon, it’s the first time it has been exclusively elevated to the Parterre Range.
A lovely lemon-lime citrus freshness in the mouth and a hint of Thyme. The creamy vanilla texture from extended barrel maturation gives the wine a long chalky textural finish to soften the acidity a touch.
Flavours of lemon-lime crumble, lime zest and vanilla, quite juicy in its intensity and long lasting flavour.
Will develop further complexity with 10-12 years of careful cellaring.
