Dorothy 's passion for food started at the tender age of 15 years when she attended her first cooking school. This gave her the inspiration for a culinary journey that would span 40 years & see her travel all over the world.
From exotic locations such as Tunisia, Morocco, Peru, India, Thailand and Bali to the renowned culinary destinations of Italy & France, Dorothy's food draws from a wealth of cultures & cuisines. Her time in Italy saw her further hone her skills, succesfully achieving a Diploma in Italian Cooking. This extensive knowledge of food led to her spending many years entertaining dignitaries, politicians, celebrities, family & friends. Dorothy is a passionate cook who is able to create uncomplicated recipes that demonstrate remarkable depth & flavour. Her dishes are inspired, unique & perfectly balanced.
You are invited to join Dorothy in an intimate and interactive class as she shares her favorite recipes for a 4 course meal. This is a rare opportunity and numbers will be strictly limited to 8 people per class.
