A super pale salmon pink Rosé with lovely floral, white strawberry and Turkish delight scents making a refreshing, mouth watering and dry finish.
By creating a wine dominant in Semillon, we highlight the strength of the variety in the Wilyabrup sub-region. The relative warmth of the area compared to the sub-regions further south allows us to ripen the Semillon beyond the herbal elements, achieving golden bunches with a strong citrus flavour.
The Estate Chardonnay is hand picked and downplays the influence of oak to let the pristine fruit flavours take the main stage and showcase what the vineyard can really do without artefact in the wine.
A blend of Cabernet Franc, Malbec, Merlot and Petit Verdot. Generous, fragrant and plush.
Fresh and vibrant with good concentration of flavour and mid-palate richness. This wine finishes long and fleshy, with fine silky tannins.
This wine is a collaboration of ideas, techniques and inspiration from the great Cabernets of the world, which we have applied to our single vineyard in Margaret River. We want this wine to express purity of fruit, promote texture and foster elegance. It's aspirational yet accessible.

Made by freezing hand-picked bunches of Chardonnay which are then pressed and fermented. The result is a delicious dessert-style wine that is sweet, but also has a long and refreshing finish.
This wine is bottled in a 375ml bottle.
