Fraser Gallop Estate's friend and one of Australia's most popular chefs, Guillaume Brahimi is preparing an exquisite truffle dinner in the signature his Perth bistro on Wednesday 23rd June.
New season premium Perigord black truffles from Manjimup's Stonebarn Trufflerie will be featured in a classic French menu prepared by Chef Brahimi and matched with our own Parterre wines in a five course menu for one night only.
