Dorothy's passion for food started at the tender age of 15 years when she attended her first cooking school. It inspired a culinary journey that would span 40 years and see her travel the world.
From exotic locations such as Tunisia, Morocco, Peru, India, Thailand and Bali to the renowned culinary destinations of Italy and France, Dorothy's food draws from a wealth of cultures and cuisines. Her time in Italy saw her further hone her skills, succesfully achieving a Diploma in Italian Cooking. This extensive knowledge of food led to her spending many years entertaining dignitaries, politicians, celebrities, family and friends.

Dorothy shares her favourite recipes and a four course feast in intimate and interactive classes at her private home. Limited to eight participants, only a few times a year, this is a rare opportunity to learn about the wines and estate in a private yet informative setting.
