In the Wilyabrup red wine heartland of Margaret River, Fraser Gallop Estate is a new name to note. With winemaking by Clive Otto (ex Vasse Felix), the quality is excellent. The Cabernet blend offers savoury aromas of raspberries, blackcurrants, mocha and cedar ahead of a finely textured medium bodied palate of finesse and length.
