2008 Cabernet Sauvignon

This wine is coming off the back of a very successful 2007 and well and truly backs up that success. This has an extra dimension of real finesse to it. There is an essence of dark berry blackcurrant core, a fragrant suggestion of violets and a subdued robe of sweet oak. In the mouth, it's succulent, smooth and long on the finish, with textural tannins that are starting to integrate already.
