2009 Parterre
A range of fermentation vessels from stainless steel barrels to French oak barriques and puncheons, some old, some new were used for this Semillon/Sauvignon Blanc blend, the inspiration coming from Domaine de Chevalier in Bordeaux. Put more simply, this is a wine tailor-made for food of many descriptions.
