Excellent hue; an altogether superior wine, displaying both varietal and regional typicity; blackcurrant, cassis, black olive, quality oak and balanced savoury tannins all play their part. Screwcap.

Margaret River Cabernet Sauvignon 2008
Bright crimson-purple; has a totally seductive bouquet filled with red and black small berry aromas; the palate quickly changes pace, with persistent but high quality tannins and oak. Has a great future, for there is no doubt the bouquet and palate will come together. Screwcap.

Margaret River Chardonnay 2009
A very fine and delicate chardonnay at the dawn of its life; white peach fruit is in a gentle gauze of French oak and the mouthfeel is exceptionally good, likewise the balance; will flower with time in bottle. Screwcap.

Two-thirds semillon and partial barrel ferment takes the focus away from sauvignon blanc into an altogether more complex and mouthfilling mode, the balance is good, the style likewise. Screwcap.
