2007 Cabernet Sauvignon - Gold Medal
Judges Tasting Note
Deep crimson red to rim. Opulent cassis, herb, plum aromas with cedar and smoke. Very smooth in the mouth, medium bodied, opulent fruit combined with sinewy taut tannins, superb definition and a complex multilayered finish. Already! What a beautiful wine which should have a fabulous future.
