Fraser Gallop Estate invites you to join us, together with Olivier Bernard of Domaine de Chevalier at our stunning Margaret River property, for a comparison tasting of this most fascinating blend – Sauvignon Blanc Semillon.
Our aim is to bring a new appreciation to the blend as a serious example of white wine and to explore the differences between French and Australian styles.
The inaugural tasting will showcase seven of the best of the 2005 Bordeaux Sauvignon Blanc Semillons and seven Australian examples from the 2005 and 2006 vintages.
