Cooking Demonstration & Wine Dinner at Cape Lodge, Yallingup

Guest Chef Joel Wilkinson from the Alila Cha-Am Resort in Thailand will conduct a pre dinner cooking demonstration before joining our Executive Chef Tony Howell in the kitchen to present a fabulous four course menu. Each dish will be matched with the superb wines from Fraser Gallop Estate hosted by winemaker extraordinaire Clive Otto
Joel, who originally hails from Perth-established his talent on four continents working in some of the World’s leading Hotels and Restaurants and now head up the kitchens at the Alila Cha-Am with innovative cooking techniques and paring various cuisines.
